Digital Asset Services: Digital asset transactions and custody services on Switch Pay are facilitated by Ibanera LLC and Transak Inc. Please note that neither Ibanera LLC or Transak Inc. are insured depository institutions or banks.

Digital Asset Risks: Digital assets are not legal tender, are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), and do not receive bank deposit protections. Digital assets are subject to extreme price volatility and the possibility of losing value. Users should be aware that digital assets held in accounts are not insured by any governmental entity, including the FDIC. The trading or holding of digital assets involves significant risk, and it is important to assess if such activities align with your financial situation.
